What we collect

The tester signup form collects your first name, email address, whether you plan to use Pantry Pilot individually or with a household, the platforms you can test on, and your consent to receive testing communication.

How we use it

We use this information to organize iOS and Android product testing, send invitations or testing updates, understand the mix of prospective testers, and avoid sending duplicate invitations.

Storage and protection

Tester registrations are stored in Pantry Pilot’s Supabase project. The signup table is not directly available to public clients, and the website sends registrations through a restricted server-side process. A one-way request fingerprint is stored with the registration to reduce automated abuse; the raw IP address is not stored in the tester record. The fingerprint is removed when the associated registration is deleted.

Your choices

Participation is optional. You can decline an invitation or stop receiving testing updates at any time. Use the privacy request form below before or after receiving a testing invitation to ask for access, correction, or deletion.

No sale of tester data

Pantry Pilot does not sell tester signup information. The information is used for product-testing coordination and related communication.

Send a private request directly to the Pantry Pilot team. Requests are stored securely for follow-up and are not exposed to public clients.

The request form stores your email address, request type, message, status, submission time, and a one-way request fingerprint used to reduce automated abuse. The raw IP address is not stored in the request record. The request and its fingerprint are removed when the request record is deleted.
